You may also want to check out YPLog at http://members.shaw.ca/ve6yp which
has most features fully enabled and supports contesting and other advanced
user features for registered users. Download it and give it a try compared
to Logger.
YPLog has packet, PSK31, RTTY, and CW functionality built-in as well as rig
control, rotator control, and many other features.
Tony has some other software on the same website that is freeware, including
a azimuth graphical program and a trap program.
Sincerely,
Barry Middlebrook

Subject: RE: [DX] Logging Program
Hello Bob and everyone else on the list,
I am a firm believer in the concept of easy. When I'm at the mike I want to
spend my time working the contact and operating, not cussing or beating on
the logbook. I believe the program I use is very versatile, simple and keeps
track of what I want and need to know. Nothing fancy here but after 5000
contacts logged it is still doing what I wanted when I first downloaded it.
It is called "Logger" and you can download it for free (yes I said freeware)
at http://www.qsl.net/kc4elo/
Seeing as how I am an old retired Navy Chief Petty Officer and didn't make
much money during my 23 career this piece of software fit my budget
perfectly. ;-)
