Hey, thanks to everyone for the helpful tips. Nice to know folks are
willing to answer some pretty basic questions for those of us who have been
out of touch. Interesting how much easier it is to find things now that the
Internet is here. The following is what I compiled from all the helpful
answers in case there are some others who would like the information all in
one email.
1-Send it to the ARRL outgoing buro - but it may take 1 to 2 years round
trip. Check
out http://www.arrl.org/qsl/qslout.html and
http://www.arrl.org/qsl/qslin.html for details
2-Quicker routes can be found at 'pathfinder' at
http://www.qsl.net/pathfinder/WebClient/.
3-Send him a buck (Green stamp) and ur card with Self Addressed Envelope.
You can get his address here: http://www.qrz.com/callsign or at
http://www.buck.com/cgi-bin/do_hamcall, the World Wide HamCall(tm) Callsign
Server
And of course, thanks to the ones who provided his address as:
Luciano Glarey I1YRL
Via S.Martino 11
