I was also successful in getting a card for YI9OM via OM6TX. I sent one new
IRC and SAE.

If you just sent $1, you need to send $2 now for some European countries. I
have also gotten some feedback from a DL QSL manager that one IRC is not
enough there now for airmail out of Europe, but US stations need to send 2
IRCs or $2.
