[DX] YI9OM QSLs

Still need a QSL from Iraq, and worked YI9OM in the
2001 WPX CW test.  I have sent 3 QSLs direct to the
manager listed in Buckmaster, who I believe is OM6SX. 
I have sent a green stamp and SAE, all in a security
envelope. So far no card, either direct or through the
bureau.  Anyone else having this problem, and what did
you do for success?  I could really use this card.  I
was going to email him to ask if he is receiving them,
but no email address on either buckmaster or QRZ.COM.

Any help would be appreciated.
