John,

Have you contacted YOUR sorter to see if he would be
willing to send your cards more often?

Did you contact the NEW administrator to see what 
their policy is regarding QSL Bureau Mailings?

I suggest that you may have better luck going through
the system rather than complaining on all of the DX
reflectors.
