[DX] Incoming QSL bureau experiences

Since you did not indicate which buro serves you it will be hard to judge
whether the problem you stated is a buro policy or maybe just a problem with
the sorter that serves you.

I can say without reservation that the 5-land buro is undoubtedly the best
in the land. The Magnolia gang does a marvelous job. No complaints and my
sorter is a super guy -- N5FTF Joe in Texas. I know down to almost the
microsecond when that buro package is arriving here in B-town from Texas.

Have you contacted the manager of the buro or the sorter to see what their
polcies are?
