[DX] anyone else NOT hearing VP8THU??

They have been very very weak up in in Northern Minnesota.  I have worked
them on 20/30/40 but I have pretty much stayed in the shack since Friday to
do it.

Not a whisper on 10/12/15.

Last night on 20 SSB was the strongest I have heard them, if you can get
through the deliberate qrm tonight will be your last shot.
