[Dx] 9E1C QSL's

I recently received a QSL for the 9E1C operation from about 20 months ago.
Included in the envelope with my QSL were about 25 QSL's for other US
amateurs. I assume that IK3GES (9E1C Mgr.) figures I will forward them on to
their owners which I will probably do through the bureau..  Has anyone
experienced anything like this? I would hate to have to rely on a secondary
distribution system like this to obtain cards that I might need.
