So just how would eqsl's stop this scenerio Charles?  Unless the op 
from
 that rare DX country downloads his logs AND notifies the ARRL that 
he 
accepts Eqsls as his QSL manager (you seem to keep forgetting this 
part), there is absolutlely NO advantage to this great technology.  
There is absolutely NO incentive for him to change othere than you 
wanting his card.  Instead of paying him, you're paying a 3rd party, 
which again brings up certain rules from the DXCC program (which, 
although mentioned, you keep forgetting about)


There are still many many holes in this program

Sorry, Charlie.  It ain;t that great.  So far, I have yet to see one 
significant DXpedition use this stuff.  Why should they?

Do you suppose the upcoming Ducie Island and Mellish Reff operatiosn 
will download their logs to Eqsl's?  What would be their advantage?  
IOW, what's in it for them.

Yes, Eqsl's seem to have a place, just like QSL buros do, but I 
highly doubt they're going to be the great savior that you seem to be 
spamming the world about.
