Bottom line, nothing at ARRL changed, and the established eQSL's remain
invalid for DXCC.

So much for smoke and mirrors.  I'm done with this argument.

Now go work some DX.  Got 5U4R on one call on 20 (100W to a vertical yet),
since everyone's watching the Olympics.
