Pete -

I agree with Bernie.  Last year I sent a couple hundred cards in for DXCC
credit.  When it came back, 5 or 6 got no credit.  I emailed Bill and he
cleared it up within a day.  Mostly clerical errors.  I got credit.

Also, I think somewhere on Hiro's web site there is a long discussion about
why he won't submit documentation.  I don't remember the details cuz I got
credit for my QSOs ;-)
