[DX] 7Q7 Licence

I read with interest that EC3ADC will be operating from Lilongwe as =
7Q7DX.....I applied for the renewal of my licence... 7Q7AH...and despite =
it being taken in Personally by Harry 7Q7HB... I am still waiting for =
the issue of it... Harry has informed me it could take MONTHS even the =
residents are having to wait....mmmmmm wonder how this guy gets his so =
