I just had a look into the QSL cards received from the Rebel DX Group for
W3ABT where I am the QSL Manager.

I see that W3ABT got a paper QSL for the T33T operation in 2022.  W3ABT did
work T31TT and received a LoTW confirmation but no paper QSL card has been
received to date.
