[Dx-qsl] return dx stamps

Hi Steve,

Bill Plum went out of business  about 8  years ago. Used to buy lots of
foreign postage and nesting envelopes from him.

There used to be  another site that sold International postage. I'm digging
through my hundreds of saved links on a couple of computers to find it. If
I do find it, I'll post back here.

There is k4hb.com/postage  it  is just a chart of the rates and hasn't been
updated since Oct. 2018. I don't think this is the other site I was
thinking about.

If you find a way to get postage or confirmations  out of Argentina, I'd be
interested in what you find. I have 6 or so 6m grids I'd like to get
confirmed. According to Correo Argentino, postage for a 20g letter sent to
the US is 12800 pesos (~$9.00 USD) .
