Hi, guys.
?This is a question that I haven't had to ask in a long time.? With LOTW and OQRS, the number of qsls that I have to send off for internationally has dropped to near zero.? My main sending oversea is to try to collect grids on 6 meters for VUCC and FFMA.? Some of the South Americans are tough nuts to crack.? The 'green stamps' just disappear into a black hole.???Back long ago (in a galaxy far away), there were a couple places that sold foreign stamps in the the amount necessary to return an envelope to the USA.? I can't seem to find those guys now.? Are there any still out there?? I'm thinking maybe if the stamps are already on the envelope, it might get the card back to me. I admit that it doesn't always work, as shown by a couple of CANADIAN stations that I sent cards with SAE and sufficient up-to-date Canadian stamps that I bought from Canada Post.?Any help?????

Hi Steve,

Bill Plum went out of business  about 8  years ago. Used to buy lots of
foreign postage and nesting envelopes from him.

There used to be  another site that sold International postage. I'm digging
through my hundreds of saved links on a couple of computers to find it. If
I do find it, I'll post back here.

There is k4hb.com/postage  it  is just a chart of the rates and hasn't been
updated since Oct. 2018. I don't think this is the other site I was
thinking about.

If you find a way to get postage or confirmations  out of Argentina, I'd be
interested in what you find. I have 6 or so 6m grids I'd like to get
confirmed. According to Correo Argentino, postage for a 20g letter sent to
the US is 12800 pesos (~$9.00 USD) .

Had many a telephone conversation with him.? the last time I talked to him, he was talking about hanging up his holsters and retiring.

I still have a very small supply of nesting Air Mail envelopes I?m pretty sure I got from Bill eons ago?although I don?t send many nowadays they make for a great way to send for a card overseas if need be.

Anyone have any leads on where these dinosaurs can still be had?

This is a question that I haven't had to ask in a long time.  With LOTW and OQRS, the number of qsls that I have to send off for internationally has dropped to near zero.  My main sending oversea is to try to collect grids on 6 meters for VUCC and FFMA.  Some of the South Americans are tough nuts to crack.  The 'green stamps' just disappear into a black hole.  Back long ago (in a galaxy far away), there were a couple places that sold foreign stamps in the the amount necessary to return an envelope to the USA.  I can't seem to find those guys now.  Are there any still out there?  I'm thinking maybe if the stamps are already on the envelope, it might get the card back to me. I admit that it doesn't always work, as shown by a couple of CANADIAN stations that I sent cards with SAE and sufficient up-to-date Canadian stamps that I bought from Canada Post.
