Hello, Pedro.
Thank you for the reply with your perspective.  We will all wait in anticipation of some change in the last year's experience of waiting a very long time.  Asking for more patience is a big request for many of us!
500 stations to manage and 100 emails a day seems to be an overload condition.  I cannot imagine how one person completes the required work.  We hope you can find a way sooner than later.

Hi Al,N6TA.

The main problem is that some stations like 7X5CY, EP5TJS, YN7DS, and
others upload their contacts to clublog but don't send me the logs. I
can see that they're correct, but if they don't send me the logs, I
don't know the signal and other things. That's why I've asked them to
please remove me as a manager of their stations in QRZ.COM until they
solve this problem. It seems they're complying and I'm receiving The
logs are now on time, but because of the past, I now have a huge backlog
of work that I'm trying to catch up on. I just ask for a little
patience. About your QSL from 7X5CY, it was sent a few days ago. You
should receive it very soon. If you haven't received it in a couple of
weeks, let me know.About email accounts, I have three. One is for PayPal
payments, another for requesting QSL, and another for any other issue.
All accounts are valid for everything, but I try to keep an order to get
to the important issues. Keep in mind that I am the manager of more than
500 stations and receive more than 100 emails a day requesting
electronic QSL. Many times they don't make it through the filter Spam
and they fill up my folder, causing me to lose some important emails. I
hope I've clarified your doubts.
