Back in 1990, YT3M was a contest callsign of Radio Club in Murska 
Sobota, Slovenia. Today, they are S53M. YT3 is now a common prefix in 
Serbia with many station active. Check the DX Summit.

You can search QRZ.COM by name, so your 5B8AV is 5B4AIF today. C31MO is 
having different E-mail address listed on QRZ.COM. For TU2CI, as it is a 
national society callsign, if you go to 
https://www.iaru.org/reference/member-societies/ you would see that they 
now use tu2ci.arai at gmail.com.
