I worked him on March 2, 2023.  I sent qsl the same day and have not received back yet (75 days).  It's a new one on 12m for me, so crossing my fingers.  There's been a few recent spots for him including some on 6m today (no USA).
 I see that the address is now missing from QRZ.com but it is still showing on QSLinfo.de. Address I used was: SERGEY TKACHENKO
