[Dx-qsl] D4K card ?

Good Morning Folks,

          I worked D4K on six meters and have tried to get a card out of
Max, IZ4DPV, but always get an excuse. Has anybody else received this card,
OR am I totally wasting my time? There are some out there that will NOT send
a card no mater what you do. I wish he would sign up for LOTW and that would
take care of the issue, providing he did the uploads. 

          Any help appreciated. 73 and Good DX.
