Evening all
Having had several card mailings to Cuba (the card came back and had to file
out forms to get my stamps reimbursed) I worked several Chinese stations and
am wondering, before I mail anything
(1) Will the USPS handle cards to China? during WPX RTTY and would like
cards from them?
(2) If they will allow, does one include USD? and how many? 3?
