[Dx-qsl] VE mail

Does anyone know if there is any hold on mail from the US going into Canada?  For COVID or any other reason?
 I sent 6 qsls to Canada well over a month ago and have received no response from ANY of them.  These were sent, of course, with SASE with $1.30 Canadian Canada to US stamp affixed.  They were to 2 VE2 and 4 VO stations for new grids on 6 meters.  All stations were direct mail only, no LOTW. Note:  In the same time, I received 4 of 5 cards sent to Europe.
