Hi Steve

Well, G3JKI is a very old call and it's original owner is almost 
certainly a silent key by now.  It's certainly not listed on QRZ.com.  I 
have a 2017 RSGB Call book and it's not listed in there either.

All I can suggest is you put a question on the DX-QSL forum at 
<DX-QSL at mailman.qth.net> as there are lots of helpful people who monitor it.
