Phil,
I DID receive my JT5DX QSL in September 2020, which was mailed by me in
February 2020.
I had since worked JT1CO on 40m and needed that confirmed. I mailed a QSL
in December 2020. This time my envelope was returned in April 2021 as
address unknown. A little closer inspection showed that the envelope was
missent to Korea and then returned to USA. I then re-tried sending it, but
the USPS would not accept the envelope. This time the excuse was " *Suspension
Due to Unavailability of Transportation"*. I had to ask what this meant.
Apparently, at least for the USPS, they will not send a letter via a third
country and had no direct flights to Mongolia from USA. They could send it
FedEx, though. There might be similar issues in UK.
73,
Steve, K6UM
