Several weeks ago I posted an inquiry asking if other members of this
reflector had been successful obtaining QSL cards from SM4VPZ.

 

I can now report that I found a valid email address for her:

She responded to my inquiry, stating that she had sent the cards which I had
requested and did not know why they had not been received.  I paid a new fee
to her via Pay Pal and have now received the QSL cards which I requested
from 7Y9SE, 7Y9TH, and 7Y9LI.
