Not me, but....  I worked OC4FZ and need it for a new band, 12 M.  Sent to
bureau in March 2016.  Nothing so I looked further.  OA4O is the route per
the QRZ page.  Their email bounced: boletin-oa at oa4o.org.  I went to their
web page and found a contact address and sent again.  (That page no longer
has this link, nor any content besides a logo.)
Pablo, OA4AI replied that I should follow the instructions on the OA4O page.
So, I sent my donation to the address on the OA4O page in April 2019 and
have heard nothing since.  I have asked if the mail was delivered and await
any reply.  Not sure what next.
