Hi Hutch,

I worked this station 3 times in July, August & September 1984 (all
confirmed with paper QSLs).
It was Soviet Antarctic Expedition to Molodezhnaya Base, AN-016, CQ Zone 39,
ITU Zone not printed on QSL.
Seems that it is 69 from sources like map:
http://www.itu.hamatlas.eu/Obrysowane/Dodatki/AntarcticaITU.pdf
or use coordinates to verify it yourself:
Location of Molodyozhnaya Station in Antarctica
Coordinates: 67°39′55″S 45°50′18″E

Location of RI1ANA is the same and in QSO confirmed by LoTW there is Grid
IC22WI, CQ 39, ITU 69
