I SENT $$ IN THE 1970'S. BEFORE he indicated he would no longer QSL. In the 1970's he indicated he wanted USD $$

I consider your question RUDE because you address me as some kind of idiot for sending him money when he presented he no longer sends out QSL's. I did not!

Not a rude question in the slightest.   If you know somebody doesnt send 
QSL cards - my point is - why send him money - then complain.    Seems 
common sense to me......
