Many, many moons ago I made a good QSO, on PSK31, with YK0RJ. In 2004, actually. I even had the sense to copy (print) the text exchange, just for the sake of posterity.

Over many of those same moons I have tried to elicit a QSL from this station, via its then listed QSL manager YK1AO and several other avenues - all to no avail and at a cost of a number of lovely greenbacks.

Did anyone ever receive a card from YK0RJ and, if so, how in the world did you manage it?

I have managed to confirm every other country I have ever worked, on phone, CW and digital, one way or another, except this one.

Can anyone tell me a story - even if it should make me envious.
