[Dx-qsl] QSL Received XR1T

I QSL'd XR1T via ClubLog OQRS Aug/6/2016 for a direct QSL for IOTA credit. I 
used PayPal to send a $6 USD payment.
Nothing received as yet. Maybe I should report to PayPal that the merchant did not fulfill my request.

On QRZ.COM Julio complains of GS USD missing due to mail theft. But no one can lose USD GS sent via PayPal from Club Log OARS system.

Why activate a semi rare IOTA then not provide a QSL to confirm contacts?

XR1T   IOTA SA-069 via bureau.   

sent OARS request in August 2016 for a direct paper QSL card and traced in December 2016. 
Feedback after complaint was cards were delayed in a four week Post Office strike….QSL cards will be mailed shortly…

Paper QSL arrived via bureau in January 2018. Better late than never!
