[Dx-qsl] Sending direct to QSL bureaus

GE everyone,

I think this has been covered here before, but if you were to send QSL’s straight to a bureau in another country, are there membership or fee requirements?

I have always used the ARRL outgoing bureau for my outgoing cards, but based on their fees now, it may make more sense for me to send my cards directly to certain country bureaus, especially those with lots of active QSLing hams. Mostly DL and JA, and maybe a few other EU countries.
