[Dx-qsl] How To Cash In IRC's at USPS?

Yes!!! That was exactly what I was looking for. The postmaster knew she had
to exchange them but didn't know exactly how. We spent almost a hour trying
to figure this out to no luck. With this info in hand, I will give them the
keystrokes on their terminal in order to do so.
