[Dx-qsl] UA4WHX-QSL from RI0BV/0

When Vlad was active from the icebreaker Somov in September 2015, he 
activated the island AS-121 as RI0BV/0

for a couple of hours only. Unfortunately the propagation up to us in 
Scandinavia was totally blacked out

so no QSO with Vlad in my log.


So now I wonder if anyone out here managed to work him and also have a 
card from that call.

If so, can I ask for a scanned jpg-copy so I can add that to my 
Vlad-QSL-Collection.
