Can anyone verify whether LA9NKA is good for IOTA EU-055? That is, they actually have a confirmation from IOTA.

His stated QTH is Rottingen Island and his QSL card, as shown on his QRZ.com page, certainly states that he is a part of IOTA EU-055 - the problem I have is that the IOTA directory does not show Rottingen as being a part of this group!

I am aware that IOTA sometimes appears to have a somewhat quirky application of eligibility - I just want to know one way or the other.
