[Dx-qsl] XR1T QSL's

I am also waiting for an XR1T QSL card to arrive.   I did find that my QSOs were confirmed
 in the IOTA OQRS system so I can, at least, get credit for SA-69.


However, I really want the QSL card since the sent a $5 donation.   I did follow-up with the organizers
and QSL Manager who told me about mail strikes, delayed mailing, possible lost in the mail scenarios,
and a backup QSL card being sent via the bureau.  To date, nothing received.
