[Dx-qsl] VU4APR/DS ANDAMAN ISLAND 1987

Has anyone had trouble submitting a card from VU4APR/DS, Andaman Island,
for their dxpedition in March 1987?

I recently submitted an application for endorsement, via an ARRL Card Checker,
which included this card.  When the application was reviewed at ARRL it was 
markede as Republic of Korea because of the /DS which I think was the operators
initials.

The card clearly states Andaman and Nicobar.

I'm just wondering if anyone else had this happen to them.
