I have just had my QSL for EU-182, sent to Mike Medvedev UT9IO/P at Box 1343, Gorlovka-37, 84637 Ukraine, returned as 'address unknown'.

This is undoubtedly my own fault, because the activity was back in 2011/2012, and his activation has been validated on the IOTA website - but it was not until very recently that I realised I had never applied for a card for what would be a new IOTA for me.

Has anyone any information as to where Mike (Michail) may now be reached, or alternatively where a QSL may be acquired for this IOTA activation.
