[Dx-qsl] T88DR QSL Route?

I would like to get a QSL from T88DR for an old 30 meter QSO on  
28/04/2001.

My logging program lists JF2SDR as manager. I sent an email to 
jf2sdr at jarl.com asking for QSL instructions, but I do not get a reply.

QRZ.com says T88DR via JA2OWQ as an alias at:
Yuzo Yasui
Koror
Palau
Palau

Does anyone know if the above address is good or have better 
information?
