[Dx-qsl] Updating/overriding country prefixes in DX4Win.

First, thank you to all who responded here or directly - your interest and assistance was appreciated.

As in many issues, I 'knew' the answer but had long forgotten it - if you want to retain changes such as mine, you need to merge country file updates because, if you do not, every time there is an update your individual changes disappear.

In this particular instance Jim AD1C noted that Club Log has an exception for this call and he will fix in the next update.
