 I have finally gotten a chance to speak to JOEL,
V44KAI he has lost everything. test equipment and all. nothing left. except his log it was on a flash drive in his pocket. of car.

 he does NOT have paypal & can only take help by postal money order. sending him equipment will require him to pay a duty tax to customs. it will take him YEARS to get back where he was.

 Anyone in a position to help, please contact me. Ill make him out a postal money order & send when it gets to looking like thats all thats coming.
