[Dx-qsl] 4O10A, 4O90A QSL manager change

Folks,

 

I was receiving 4O10A and 4O90A QSL cards requests for  quite some

time but was unable to respond missing the blank cards.

 

To speed up the process, Acim YU1YV has accepted to handle those 

activations effective immediately. All cards requests I received so far

will be forwarded to YU1YV, including your  funds  for direct response.

Acim will update 4O3A web site to reflect this change.
