[Dx-qsl] w1aw/ via buro

The Third Call Area Bureau received four large boxes from ARRL HQ full of
the W1AW/* cards. One of the four boxes had broken open and 8.5 pounds of
W1AW/* cards disappeared into the USPS black hole. But we did receive
cards from at least one of the two on-air periods of each state. Almost
all of them have been distributed to our sorters as of this writing.

My colleague W2YE at the two-letter-prefix Fourth Area Bureau also reported
one of the boxes directed to his bureau had broken open. Some cards were
mis-sorted to the wrong bureaus (we received a large bunch of cards meant
for the two-letter Fourth Call Area Bureau -- which have been passed on) so
that may also have delayed getting some of the cards to their final
destinations.
