[Dx-qsl] Address for VR2MY?

I recently sent for a QSL for an old QSO (2001) with VR2MY using his 
QRZ.com address:
YUL KWAN, P. O.Box 438, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong 

My envelope was returned marked "Box Closed Return To Sender" and 
"Address Unknown" checked.

The QRZ.com entry was updated 2015-07-16. I think he was last active in 
2010. LOTW shows 2010 as his last log submission.

Google of VR2MY and "Yul Kwan" shows he is doing a lot of traveling and 
taking some excellent photographs posted to many sites, but I have 
found no way to contact him. I tried the email address vr2my at qsl.net, 
but it was invalid.

Does anyone have a better mailing address or email address?
