[Dx-qsl] Any News on DX0P QSL?

DX0P has been strangely quiet since the operation. 


K3LL> they had a nice presentation at HamCon last month in Los Angeles and
handed out eyeball QSLs (so at least I would assume cards have been printed)

Does it count for DXCC?


The OQRS is apparently online, at least they are soliciting donations via
PayPal. Still nothing about QSLing. I mailed a card to WA6LOS a couple of
months ago, but no response yet. Does anyone out there have any idea what's
going on?
