[Dx-qsl] USE OF IRC IN GERMANY

Thanks for the response to my inquiry.

 

I should have clarified that this manager's qrz.com listing does not state
that he will not accept IRCs.

 

Also, I usually prefer to send GS or postage from Bill Plum but I have
received several IRCs from guys wanting QSL from ZF2DX, which I manage, so I
thought I would use some of them for my QSL requests.

 

Great bunch of hams on this reflector.
