When P5/4L4FN was active several years ago, Ed was allowed to operate only SSB and RTTY.  I can guess because the North Korean censors could not copy or decode CW well enough to monitor every thing that he did on the air and he did operate daily from Pyongyang.   This time there is a new person in charge so who knows what will actually happen.  All I can say is that I am proud to have worked Ed so I don't ever have to try that mess again, as it was a struggle every time he was on.
