**I do not mean this unkindly, but for over a year you have maintained 
that the DXCC has "strange rules" but do not mention what they are nor 
do you seek help in solving your problem.

**It is not unreasonable for the DXCC to require "proof" that you have a 
valid license issued by your country. What is so "strange" about sending 
them a copy of your license and other proof that you are authorized to 
operate an Amateur Radio Station in 5A?**

**When you activate 5A1AL you generate world-wide activity by those 
Amateurs who need a DXCC creditable contact with your country. **
**They naturally assume that you have the proper authority to operate. 
It is unfair to them to operate knowing that you do not, or at the very 
least have not shown proof of that to the administrator of the DXCC 
program. Countless other DX stations have and continue to do so without 
making an issue about "strange rules".**

you can provide the required information to the DXCC in the immediate

Over a year ago you were kind enough to send me your QSL card informing 
me that:/_"the matter of documentation is in process............"_/.  
Since that time and to the best of my  knowledge, there has been no 
notification from the DXCC that you have been approved for credit.

Can you let me know exactly what the problem is Abubaker.? Hopefully it 
can be resolved. The spot was mine.

Mailed you an SAE together with my QSL card and a contribution shortly 
thereafter. When can I expect your card? Also Abubaker, can you advise 
when you
will be sending in documentation for 5A1AL to the Arrl DXCC Desk? The 
last report from them states that your present operation is not 
acceptable for DXCC.
