[Dx-qsl] Mount Athos SV/A

So it looks like Mount Athos is not an entity but one individual who has a  
monopoly, muck like P5, "what I say goes". SV1RP received everyone's 
permission  but Apollo's? I move that we petition the ARRL to remove it  from the 
DX  list or at least rename "Worked Apollo". And yes I have P5 confirmed and 
it  wasn't the then "Leader".
