Rich,
The Bishkek address?  Seems like it has failed twice for me.  Tried to be very careful last time.Next time I will send it from outside USA.  Should  have done it in April from Romania or Hungary when I was there to see if it makes a difference.  Next attempt is a letter with no card and no dough.  Just to ask him to email me back that he is alive!!I would be happy to just work another EX on the needed bands but no such luck yet....
Tnx,AlN6TA

 Hi Al
I know he has had problems with theft so maybe I was just lucky. Sent a card
to him March 2014 and received a card back April 2014. I sent the card to
his QRZ address with 2 Green stamps.
Good Luck.

Subject: [Dx-qsl] EX8MLE route?

Anybody had luck with any route to Sergey?  I have sent two direct requests
to the Bishkek address.  First not received.  Sergey told me by email to try
again. Another sent 4 months ago and not reply.    Now, his email address as
in QRZ.com bounces as undeliverable. He has a different physical address for
EX9T.  Anyone used it successfully?
Tnx for ideas.73,Al-N6TA
