[Dx-qsl] Remote station time-share for only $30/mo!

To the point Joe is making... at day's end...

The ARRL is going to accept - for award credit - a confirmation that is
obtained via LOTW or via the mail (or in-person, if you're close).

It seems to me that - eQSL could easily add an "OQRS capability" where a
human being had to look at the requests for physical cards, verify payment
for postage via some method (like PayPal), and put a physical card in the
mail.
