[Dx-qsl] New DXCC Rules; first and last comments

I feel the remote operation, when limited to your current call DXCC 
location, is a non-issue. I feel the one that is really gonna play is the 
use of remote receivers.  You are going to have a lot more people calling 
because now they CAN hear the DX.

I have one tower, one beam, one vertical and I continue to like the 
challenge...

IMHO...
